Captain (CAPT) Glen S. Leverette earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Political Science from the U.S. Naval Academy graduating with Merit in 1990 and hails from Jacksonville Florida. He received a Master of Arts in Education from Jacksonville University with a 4.0 GPA in 1996. He also earned a Master’s of Arts in National Security and Strategic Studies from the U.S. Naval War College in 2010. CAPT Leverette was recognized as the distinguished graduate of his class.

He is married to Marian Leverette, who holds Master’s Degrees from Jacksonville University and the University of North Florida and serves as a program manager for Clay County Schools. Together they have one daughter, Kalea Leverette who is a graduate of The Florida State University in Tallahassee FL with Bachelor’s Degrees in in Biology and International Relations. His personal decorations include the Legion of Merit, the Defense Meritorious Service Medal, a Presidential Unit Citation, Meritorious Service Medals and other service and campaign awards.
